Dessert of the day : Basic chocolate chip cookies
Le mid year exam was over at last and the two-week holidays have started!! Couldn't have been any happier than this, no more studying late night and ended up having dark panda eyes, but I already have them for so long it seems no difference, whatever. I could literally be a sleeping beauty *ahem* after exam and just sleep all day.
So back to the topic!! To be honest, I actually wanted to blog bout this a long time ago but exams were around the corner and it made me busy doing homework and catching up lessons... so finally I have time! I found this recipe via internet and cos I have the ingredients given at home so I could immediately start making the cookies right after that.
Mixture of eggs, butter and sugar, didn't use electric mixer cos the portion not quite big use hand can already haha but its still tiring. = =
Add in dry ingredients including flour, corn starch and baking powder, and just continue to mix...
And finally the chocolate part, add in cocoa powder.
My little cousin came to take a peek on what I was doing ( d'awwhh she's sho cute haha )
So good helping me out even though she's not really putting much effort...
Then twin sister joined in and both of them helped putting choc chips on the cookies.
Popped into the oven for 10 minutes and voila~~
Turned out looking great and so did the taste, what a success!! :D

Yesterday was exhausting, I couldn't go home because I had to stay at school for st.john activity, I'd never like to stay at school for this but I couldn't help. Well fortunately it wasn't as tiring as the last week's activity, most of the time we were just relaxing in a classroom and just chattering around. This was awesome. It was supposed to end at 5pm but the AJKs let us go ten minutes earlier!! SOO HAPPY :D
I got home, checked my cellphone whether there's any messages, and my piano tutor asked me if I could change my lesson to Saturday because she had a dinner to attend, A YES DEFINITELY!! So my lesson was canceled and YAY I had more time to online~~ Watched Monster House after dinner while my parents played mahjong with my aunt and uncle, and then continue to watch Brave. IT WAS PURE AWESOMENESS I HAD TO SAY!! Disney Pixar movies never let me down.
Watched another movie again just now, it's The Perks of Being a Wallflower, I watched it because Logan Lerman from Percy Jackson and Emma Watson the Hermione Granger were the leads. And I have to say that both of them are awesome and Emma's american accent was great too.
Mid year exam is actually around the corner yet I haven't start revising!! 10 subjects to revise U SAY SIAO OR NOT, oh and one more subject -- account, OMFG how? TT TT The subjects i need to improve are biology and account, my last results were really b.a.d so i must be determined and stay focus on these two subjects.
End this post with self-made choc chip cookies long time ago, I guess i'll post about the process of making these someday... that's all for now BYE~~~
doodley doodle
A random doodle i drew on my ipad in the car while chatting with ma dad and mom. Just to keep this blog updated. Tomorrow's the last day of school of this month and after that is the start of the one-week holiday YAAYYY!! However there are piles of homework for me to finish next week urghh i hate it..  finally, some updates
I know, my blog was left dead for a very long time, once again. Busy with tuitions, school work, doing random stuff at home, and i need some rest. Blogging isn't very tiring yet sometimes I just dont have that motivation to do it. So, school life was okay, though I dont really get what our teacher was teaching, but I'm trying, and also the help of tuitions. I'm not really the 'very active' type of person in my class, so I just sit in my place most of the time, watching other people doing their thang, and it's quite entertaining as they do some funny shit in front of the teacher or when the teacher is not in class.
Should stop here now, I have to go for math tuition later, will be back!
2013 CNY trip
Just got back from Penang and my cny trip was over already. Home sweet home at last. Time for some flashbacks of the trip~On cny's eve, my cousins came to my aunt's house for reunion and i was pretty happy as i only got to see them a few times in a year, received red packets from the elder ones. Had lunch with them and we really had a great time. Then it was time for me and family back to dad's hometown - Perak. We had our reunion dinner at grandparents' home after we arrived. I gotta admit that grandma's dishes are the best!! How i wish i still could have some.. Went to grandparents' home again on the first day of cny, got red packets too from my aunts and uncles, almost everyone wore red clothes thank god i wore red too hahaha. Had some good time with my relatives and bade them goodbye and off to Penang. We stayed in Eastin Hotel for two days, what's so good bout it was that this hotel is located near Queensbay mall and we didnt even need to drive to there!! Too convenient or what? Watched two cny movies, Once upon a time and Journey to the west, and both were so funny. We went to Guan Yin temple which was super crowded and also suffering because of the smoke in there. FUUU i hate the smoke. Then we were just strolling around the area, saw many tourists from China and white people. It was so hot that day so we didnt stay long and headed back to Queensbay to shop and eat. Here are some pics i took at the streets of Penang.    rant

こんばんわ！My chemistry tuition was canceled and before this I had an only 30 minutes physics tuition due to something urgent for the teacher to do. Surprised and somehow I felt a little disappointed because I wanted him to explain and teach more. I don't count on my physics teacher in school. But then I was happy hahaha because DUH. So I had time to watch Dark Shadows, kinda creepy but not like paranormal activity, and it was AWEZOME and i loved it!!So far I don't think school life is so busy yet, just homework. I think it's because the cocurricular activities haven't started but when it does, I'm gonna be like crazy, yeesh. So now the only time I get to sit back and relax is during the weekends, I have time to practise Chopin's waltzes, watch my recent favourite drama and other stuff i enjoy. I guess it's the nodame cantabile drama made me in love playing the waltzes, my piano teacher gave me a CD of the waltzes collection and I started listening to them, sometimes in the school I just felt like wanting to go to my piano and just play them, I like playing songs I enjoy, but when it comes to exams, I hate them, just like nodame. And now my exams are over, I can play whatever songs I like.  バイバイ～～ |
